Safety regulations:
The room and its equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
Leave the entire width of the common area and exit at all times.
It is forbidden to use personal electric heat generators (radiators, double ovens, coffee makers, etc.) in the room!
Only use electrical equipment in the room, which must be de-energized after use.
In the event of a fire, attempt to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher located in the hallway.
Report the fire to the fire brigade without delay at 105 or 112. You must provide the following information at the time of notification:

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is possible 5 meters from the main entrance of the hotel or in a designated area on the terrace of the restaurant. There is an additional charge of HUF 50,000 for smoking in the room. In the event of damage, in addition to the surcharge, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
Other consumption
In addition to the basic service, food and drinks on site are payable on site. Food and beverages not purchased at the hotel may only be consumed by the Guest in the hotel room, provided the equipment is protected. All damage to the equipment must be compensated by the Guest.

Buffet breakfast daily from 07:00 to 10:00
If you wish to have breakfast before 7:00 in the morning, please inform the reception before 21:00 the day before.
There is a one-time and unlimited meal at the breakfast buffet, but please do not take food from there for later use. Otherwise, the price of the meal will be charged again to the room bill. The cost is 2,500 HUF / person

We do not serve alcohol under the age of 18 in our hotel.

Daily cleaning is done from 10:00 to 15:00. If you do not request cleaning on that day, please use the card provided for this purpose.

Towel changing
In the hotel rooms, the towels inside are changed daily between 10:00 and 15:00. Towels dropped on the floor are changed automatically.
According to the hotel's classification, we change bed linen every 3 days and towel once a day.
