The restaurant of Dabas Hotel, located in the center of Dabas City, has had a long history over the last decades: the visitors of the city or those who are only passing on the highway 5 may know this particular building as the "Gate of the City". Built on the site of Dabasi Csárda, our restaurant and hotel has hosted intimate dinners, family get-togethers, business events, weddings, and performances for many years.
The menu is characterized by traditional Hungarian cuisine. It includes tasty soups and abundant main dishes, but meat plates, tasty salads and of course the inevitable desserts can be also found in the menu. Beside the traditional dishes, our chefs make all kinds of delicious Italian wood-fired pizzas.
Our restaurant serves a ‘la carte menu, but we also have a fantastic range of themed evenings, which enable our guests to gain insight to gastronomy of distant countries and cultures.
Our daily offers provide delicious snacks at a favorable price for both local guests and through passengers. The unforgettable flavors are accompanied by friendly and attentive service.

Our restaurant is a perfect venue for different family events: we gladly assist in organizing birthday parties, wedding anniversaries or graduation lunches; we take over the host role so that the event organizers could solely focus on the celebration and their guests. Our team has experience in arranging different kinds of company events as well: we provide place for conferences and based on customer needs, we also coordinate company parties combined with wine and “pálinka” tastings.
